Choir singers

We will leverage knowledge of existing performance interpretations and
repertoire to offer novel interactive feedback mechanisms surrounding rehearsals. We will employ
(multi-lingual) singing voice synthesis mechanisms to automatically generate study and feedback
solutions for amateur vocal performance (e.g. virtual choirs with flexible toggling of parts). The audience for requirements and validation will initially consist of amateur singers in the choral
networks of the consortium members, with expansion to the broader amateur choral community
throughout the project, assisted by European Choral Association – Europa Cantat (Associated Partner
to TROMPA, see Sections 3.2-3.3). To disseminate project outcomes, we strive to connect to the
EUROPA CANTAT 2021 festival, which coincides with the concluding phase of TROMPA.

Open call for choirs to participate in TROMPA project

We are looking for choirs to participate in our research project during 2019

This call is addressed to local choirs interested in our research and that want to contribute to the improvement of open archives of choral scores. In order to engage in this first stage with local choirs in Barcelona, due to practical reasons, the call is now only in catalan:
