On April 3, 2020, Cynthia Liem was an invited speaker at the Karajan Music Tech conference, which this year took place as a virtual conference.

She presented her personal motivations as a musician and computer scientist, and how this has connected to the international music digitization projects she has been involved in: first the PHENICX project, and currently TROMPA.

She also ended with a call to action. Several TROMPA crowd tasks and user prototypes are almost ready for user testing (and, in times of the COVID-19 crisis, this all has to be done online). You as online audience of this talk will make for excellent test users, so do join our mission to collaboratively digitize and unlock the classics and more!

See the slides and get involved!
